Arrival
Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your lesson so that you have time to meet our clinic administrator, find the changing rooms and get changed before your session starts. less
The focus at this level is to improve stroke technique. Focus is on Front Crawl and Backstroke and the instructor will include Breaststroke if the group is ready.
Choose when:
Your child is able to swim more than 50m (2 lengths) with recognisable form but wants to focus on improving their technique.
